Butter Chicken

Butter chicken curry or murgh makhani is a curry of chicken in a spiced tomato, butter and cream sauce. It originated in India as a curry.Chicken is marinated in curry for several hours in a mixture of lemon juice, dahi (yogurt), Kashmiri red chili, salt, garam masala and ginger garlic paste.

Chicken Tikka

Chicken tikka is a dish from the Indian subcontinent noted for its spicy taste. The ingredients vary depending on the regiion, but generally include the meat of choice, onions, tomatoes, cumin, coriander, red pepper, green chilies, cilantro leaves, ginger and garlic.

Tandoori chicken is a chicken dish prepared by roasting chicken marinated in yogurt and spices in a tandoor. It is seasoned and colored with cayenne pepper, red chili powder as well as turmeric or food coloring. The skin is generally removed before the chicken is marinated and roasted.
